Who I am
Nicolas, Microsoft 365 engineer
I spent 10 years as a network administrator, then 5 years as a systems and network engineer within a large international group, and for the past 2 years I've been supporting businesses with their IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment: hundreds of mailboxes managed, tenant migrations, access compliance, security for privileged accounts.
I put that experience to work for small businesses that want a properly configured professional email setup from day one, instead of the surprises most people only discover much later.

Two ways to work together, depending on where you're starting from.
Starting from scratch
You don't have your own email domain yet, or you want a clean setup: I handle everything, from the domain (around €30 a year) to Microsoft 365 email (from €6.50 a month per person, with 1TB of OneDrive included) and the security that comes with it.

Same principle for every team member: [email protected], with a shared Outlook inbox, calendar and contacts, plus their own personal OneDrive.
Domain & professional email
Your own domain connected to Microsoft 365: everyone on your team gets an address that matches your brand, with an Outlook inbox, calendar and contacts. For a few euros more per person, you can also get the full desktop apps (Word, Excel, Outlook and more), not just the web versions.
Your files, everywhere
With OneDrive, your documents follow you across a computer, a tablet or a phone, sync automatically, and keep a version history in case of a mistake or deletion. Everything is safely stored in the cloud, so losing or breaking a computer or phone no longer means losing your files.
Secure sharing, inside and out
A folder shared with a colleague, a time-limited link sent to a client: no more emailing attachments back and forth just to collaborate.
Distribution lists & team spaces
One address (sales@, accounts@…) that fans out to several people, plus a shared Teams or SharePoint space per team or project.
Branded email signature
A signature that reflects your brand, applied automatically across everyone's emails, with the same polish as the rest of your identity, in every message you send.
Access security
Two-factor authentication, sign-in restrictions by country or device, alerts on suspicious activity: the same protections used by large groups, sized for a small structure.
Ongoing management
If needed, I keep managing things afterwards, on request.

Already have everything set up?
Today, SPF, DKIM and especially DMARC are essential above all so your emails land in your clients' inbox, not in spam or worse, rejected outright. They also protect your own domain from being impersonated. Wherever your email is hosted, I can step in to diagnose deliverability issues and lock down your domain, no migration required.
Without DMARC, anyone can send an email pretending to be your domain. Set to reject, those attempts are blocked before they ever reach an inbox.
Deliverability troubleshooting & improvement
If your emails land in spam or get rejected, I find the cause and fix it, whatever email provider you use. Certified in Email Deliverability and Compliance.
Domain lockdown, DMARC set to reject
I review your entire mail flow, every legitimate internal and third-party sender, and guide you step by step to a DMARC policy set to reject, without breaking your outgoing mail.
